What's On Vegas gives free travel information about Las Vegas: events, sampled hotel prices, hotels, loyalty programmes and a live map. Use it for your own plans, fairly and within the rate limits. It's information, not advice: check with the hotel, venue or event before you book or travel. Belgian law applies. Last updated 7 November 2026.
Who we are
What's On Vegas (whatsonvegas.com) is run by GJ Consultancy BV (company number BE 1004.668.887), Kammenstraat 43/B301, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. By using the site, the live map or the What's On Vegas MCP server, including through an AI app such as Claude, ChatGPT or Meta Muse, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Pages about events, days, hotels, nightlife and casino loyalty programmes; a live 3D map; and a public MCP server at https://whatsonvegas.com/mcp with read-only tools. It is free and needs no account. We may add, change, limit or stop any part of it.
Fair use
Use What's On Vegas for your own travel plans. Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, get around the rate limits, overload the MCP server, resell or republish our data as your own, probe it for security weaknesses, or use it for anything unlawful. The MCP server is free within its rate limits; contact us for anything larger.
In AI apps
When you use our tools in an AI app, the app sends us only what a tool needs (for example, dates or a hotel name) and shows our answer. The AI app's own terms and privacy policy apply to your conversation there. Our privacy policy covers what reaches us. The tools only read our data: they never book, pay or sign you up for anything.
Information, not advice
Everything here is general travel information. Hotel prices are a typical rate across a fixed panel of Strip resorts on the nights we sampled, before taxes and resort fees: they are not a quote, and the price for your hotel and dates will differ. Events, dates, venues and crowd sizes come from organisers and the LVCVA calendar and can change. Walking times are estimates. Loyalty tiers and benefits are checked against the programmes' own pages on the date shown, and programmes change their rules. Confirm with the hotel, venue, event or programme before you book, pay or travel.
Links and bookings
We link to official sites, ticket sellers and booking sites. Some booking links may earn us a commission; they are marked rel="sponsored" and never change which nights or hotels we show. Anything you book is between you and that company, under its terms. We are not a travel agent and don't sell rooms or tickets.
Independence and trademarks
We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the events, venues, hotels, casinos or loyalty programmes named. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Our content
The site, the data we compile and the text we write belong to us or our licensors. You may quote and link to a page with credit. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); aircraft data from adsb.lol (ODbL).
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, GJ Consultancy BV is not liable for loss arising from using it, including bookings, prices, changed or cancelled events, or travel decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Belgian law applies, and the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory protection consumers have where they live.
